This painting opens the collection of my works for 2024. The second name of the composition is “Historical novel”, since one of the impetuses for its creation was the song of the same name by Bulat Okudzhava, whose work is an integral part of my soul. Of course, we couldn’t do without “Rose of the World” by Daniil Andreev, another bow to my beloved Stephen King, whose “The Dark Tower” I listened to again in the process of creating the canvas. I hope that the mention of these names fully explains this picture. I will also mention that this The canvas is the largest I have created recently.
